When the UPS Store in Valparaiso experienced a roof blow-off on a Sunday, the Korellis team mobilized immediately. Lead Service Technician Brandon Reese responded that same day to make temporary repairs and gather information for an estimate. By Monday morning, Commercial Estimator Zakary Green had everything prepared, and the job was set in motion.
Materials were stocked and General Foreman Kevin Cooper was assigned to lead the project. On Tuesday, the roof installation began. By Thursday, our sheet metal crew was on site to install the edge metal, and on Friday, the roofing team returned to complete detailing and demobilization.
From first call to completion, all in five days.
Kevin summed it up best: โService responded quickly. Estimating and project management kept things moving. Our crews worked safely and efficiently. This was a great example of solid planning, communication, and teamwork.โ
A big thank you to Brandon, Kevin, Ken, Leo, Zakary and everyone in the field who made this happen. This is what it looks like when experience and coordination come together.
