On Wednesday, our dedicated safety team: Joel Barnes – Safety & Risk Manager, Derek Crews – Project Safety Manager, and Ethan Carlisle – Safety Intern, led our monthly safety meeting. This session included a refresher training on ladder safety, company updates, and we conducted our annual ladder inspection.

We asked all crew members to bring their ladders to the shop for a thorough inspection. Foremen took the time to provide hands-on training to their apprentices, teaching them how to identify ladder deficiencies. Any ladders found to be unsafe were either repaired or discarded to ensure we continue to maintain the highest safety standards on all our job sites.
