Providing exceptional service is the primary focus of the Korellis Service Department. Recognized as the largest service fleet in the area, we take pride in providing the highest quality of service to our customers 24/7/365. Our specialized maintenance crews are capable of repairing any type of roof system.

To better meet the needs of our customers, service techs are equipped with wireless tablet computers, cellular phones and cameras. Our GPS system enables the tech to utilize graphic displays of real-time traffic and automatic best choice routing. This allows for more effective response to emergencies and last-minute changes due to weather conditions or other factors. With hundreds of contract customers and a workload that ranges into thousands of hours of service work, it is imperative that the Service Manager has the capability to provide field technicians with instant data access.

Korellis offers a (web-based) VIP Customer Portal Account Management Service which provides service data for each individual facility:

  • Access current or past roofing project information
  • Quickly research repair histories
  • Track planned maintenance and life expectancy
  • Manage roof budgets
  • Track warranty information

Preventative Maintenance Programs

A poorly maintained roof may only last about half of its service life, creating unnecessary costs to prematurely replace. We help facilities manage their roofs to extend the time between replacements to reduce the total cost of ownership to the customer.

We urge our clients to take a proactive approach to their roofing system. It reduces reactive spending and decreases emergency calls for service.

Korellis’ Service Department has specialized maintenance crews that are capable of repairing and working on any type of roof system. Our Preventative Maintenance checklist has over 100 points of inspection, including:

  • Check for potential points of water entry
  • Inspect for weak points in the roofing system
  • Inspect general structure of the building
  • Complete minor repairs to deficiencies
  • Clean and remove debris from roof, drains, gutters, and downspouts
