Justin Herzog has been a valued member of #teamkorellis for nearly five years, steadily growing into one of our most dependable and well-rounded leaders in architectural sheet metal. He was hired during the Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana project, where he quickly proved himself as a key part of the wall panel team. His work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude stood out from day one.

Originally brought on for wall panel installation, Justin didn’t stop there. He’s expanded his skillset across all areas of architectural metals, consistently stepping up to new challenges and responsibilities. His drive and performance led to two promotions in just eight months – a clear reflection of the example he sets in the field.

Now with over a year as a Sheet Metal Foreman, Justin has led standout work on projects like Westville Correctional Facility, Chesterton Police Department, Portage Library, and Geminus Early Learning Center in Valparaiso. His jobsites are known for being clean, organized, and safe, and his communication and reporting help keep everything running smoothly.

I’m excited that I’ve been able to move into a foreman position and that my hard work and efforts haven’t gone unnoticed. Korellis as a whole is just an overall great, safe place to work.
