Dustin Drzich may be new to Korellis, but he is already proving to be a standout. With 8 years of experience in the sheet metal trade and joining the team in September 2024, Dustin has shown that he is ready to lead and grow.
Nominated by his foreman, Brian Whitaker, Dustin has earned praise for his work ethic, fast learning, and willingness to step up. When Brian was out, Dustin took over the job and ran it without hesitation. He also spoke up on a separate occasion to call out a safety concern on the site, taking it upon himself to protect those around him.
Dustin shared that he values Korellisโ strong focus on safety and how having the right tools helps him do his best work. He said that kind of support is not something he has seen everywhere.
