In 1916, world-renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed the Wynant House in Gary, Indiana, one of only two Wright homes ever built in Northwest Indiana.
Decades later, Korellis stepped in to help preserve this rare Prairie School design by donating a new roof to protect the home.
Sadly, the Wynant House was destroyed by fire in 2006, but its story lives on as part of our regionโs architectural history. We are proud that Korellis was able to contribute to its preservation while it still stood.
Honoring the past reminds us why craftsmanship and care matter so much in the present.
