🚨𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗔𝗣 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱🚨
Another year, another major win at the Ford Chicago Assembly Plant. This one was even more ambitious.
In just six days, Korellis completed a full tear-off and installed a new roofing system over 25,000 square feet. With 41 team members working across three shifts and nearly 2,000 total man-hours, this shutdown project was all about precision, hustle, and teamwork.
From start to finish, our crews operated like a well-oiled machine. Roofers, carpenters, and yard staff stayed in constant motion while foremen led with focus and urgency. Everyone had a role, and everyone gave it their all.
Special recognition to Project Manager Dillon Guhrs, General Foremen Jim Booker, Antonio Sanyet, and Jose Jimenez, Local 11 Journeymen Alberto Jones and Edgar Andraus, and Yard team members, especially Zach Echterling and Jaxson Evans, for going above and beyond to keep every shift productive and prepared throughout the week.
Shannon Shivers, CCM Safety Manager for Aristeo Construction at Ford CAP, shared:

As you know, the work we are tasked to do with such a small window would seem impossible for most, but you guys continue to deliver year after year. Here at Ford CAP, safety has always been our number one priority and striving for zero incidents, injuries, and near misses is our ultimate goal day in and day out. As the CCM Safety Manager for Aristeo Construction that handles all of the contractor onboarding processes, I see firsthand the type of employees and leadership each company appoints to their projects here at CAP. Jim Booker, Edgar Andraus, and Tasha Westbrook are some of the best project leaders I have encountered since my ten years of being the CCM Manager at this facility. Very proactive, transparent, approachable, knowledgeable, and understanding of what it takes to get the job done safely.
