When welcoming new employees to Korellis, we conduct a comprehensive orientation. The training covers a range of important safety and operational topics, crucial for keeping our team safe and productive.

After introducing our company history and team, we delve into essential industry knowledge, OSHA guidelines, and our safety culture. We emphasize jobsite emergency preparedness, teaching protocols for medical and fire responses. Our new hires also receive detailed instructions on using hand and power tools and are equipped with PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility vests. Hands-on training focuses on initial jobsite safety, including two-man ladder setup, perimeter warning lines, personal fall arrest systems, and guard rail installation. Comprehension is gained through the use of the “Talk, Show, Do, Review” method.
