Dustin Ketelaar joined #TeamKorellis in early 2024, bringing five years of construction experience and a drive to make an impact. From day one, he has set the tone through his leadership, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset.

Nominated twice, Dustin was asked to join a different crew to help mentor new apprentices. He gladly accepted and has stepped up to show what being a carpenter and a true team player looks like. He is known for working hard, doing things the right way, and always being willing to lend a hand.

Dustin shared that what stands out to him is the family atmosphere at Korellis. “You are not just a number here. Leadership goes out of their way to know your name, and that means something. I work with a great crew, I enjoy the work, and it feels good to be part of something bigger than yourself.”
