Foreman Spotlight: Hans Fazekas, Sheet Metal Foreman
For 28 years, Hans Fazekas has built a reputation for excellence in architectural sheet metal. For the past 19 years, he has brought that experience to Korellis, leading projects across Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland.
From Bulldog Park in Crown Point to Cabela’s in Hammond, Lowell High School, Chicago Firefighters Local Union 2, and even the DOE Kauai Test Facility in Hawaii, Hans’ work has helped shape the communities we serve, both locally and nationally.
Beyond his technical skill, Hans is known for the way he treats people. He takes pride in doing things right, builds strong relationships with customers, and works seamlessly with his fellow crew members.
He is also one of our strongest mentors, always willing to slow down, explain the process, and support apprentices and newer team members as they grow in the trade.
“I have spent almost two decades working at Korellis. The camaraderie amongst all the union brothers keeps me working and makes the career enjoyable.”
Thank you, Hans, for the pride you bring to every job and the positive example you set for our team. We are grateful to have you on Team Korellis.
