HAST Career Fair
Our team had a wonderful time at the career fair hosted by the Hammond Academy of Science & Technology. HAST is a local school in Hammond that gives students a strong foundation in science and technology, supported by a smaller teacher to student ratio that encourages hands on learning.
It was especially meaningful to speak with young women who were excited to learn about the wide range of opportunities available to them in this industry. Creating space for students to see themselves in construction is one of the most important things we can do to help build the next generation of talent.
Thank you to HAST for inviting us and for the chance to contribute to career exploration in our community. We always value opportunities to share what we do and encourage students as they imagine their next steps.
