On a small crew, success depends on teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to take on whatever needs to be done. At the Palisades project, Michael George embodies all three.
He was nominated because he consistently steps up when productivity needs to be pushed. Michael takes on multiple tasks and responsibilities to help ensure the crew is successful, always working safely and efficiently with a smile on his face. His willingness to help wherever needed makes a noticeable difference on the jobsite.
With more than 23 years of industry experience, Michael recently joined Korellis after hoping for the opportunity for several years. He shared how meaningful it has been to finally be part of the team and how welcomed he has felt from day one.
