Today’s feature spotlights our ongoing work for one of our long-term customers, IRG Realty Advisors. The Joliet Channahon facility, a sprawling 1.3 million-square-foot property built in 1950, still retains much of its original roof. Along with ongoing roof maintenance on this massive, historic structure, Korellis recently completed an entire roof replacement on one section of the building under the leadership of Project Manager Dillon Guhrs and Foreman Armando Tamayo.

“Korellis did a great job! They are professional as always, communicate extremely well, and offer suggestions and answers for anything that comes up,” said Glen Svagidis, Operations Manager at IRGRA.
