One of his foremen shared that Jobanny brought positivity, energy, and a sense of humor to the job each day. In a line of work that can be physically and mentally demanding, that attitude matters. He stayed focused, learned quickly, and made the effort to understand the why behind the work. That level of engagement set him apart early on.

His coworkers describe him as someone who never shies away from difficult tasks, supports the people around him, and gives more than what is asked. He is known for staying late when needed and stepping in to help others. He shows respect to his team and earns it right back. As one foreman put it, Jobanny was raised right and it shows.
