Kali’s journey with Korellis over the past 10 years has been nothing short of incredible. From her early days in administration to her hands-on involvement in safety and nearly every department in between, she has worn many hats, and worn them all well.

Along the way, she’s played a key role in building what HR looks like at Korellis today. Her leadership, drive, and vision have helped shape a department that puts people first and keeps our workplace culture strong. She’s passionate about supporting the team and making sure every employee feels seen, heard, and valued.

As she steps into this new role, she will continue connecting employee well-being and company culture with the bigger picture of where we’re headed, and we know she’ll do it with the same energy and heart she’s always brought to the table.
