The indoor pool ceiling was facing a common but costly issue. Warm interior air met cold exterior temperatures and created heavy condensation. Over time that moisture caused the original steel grid to rust and weaken.
When the Sand Oak team called Korellis, they needed more than a basic replacement. They needed a long term solution.
To reach the steep sloped ceiling, our carpenters engineered a custom scaffold system that allowed them to work safely and efficiently across the entire structure. Once in place, the team removed the failing grid and installed a corrosion resistant aluminum system built to withstand moisture and temperature swings for years to come.
The final result is a clean and durable ceiling system that is built to last, giving Sand Oak peace of mind and the refreshed look their residents deserve.
