Known for being punctual and organized, Paul is always the first to set up and take down the ladder and ensures tasks are completed efficiently. He supports his peers, keeps things running smoothly, and approaches every day with a positive attitude.

In my past jobs, Iโve always worked hard and moved up quickly, but Iโve never had my efforts recognized this early on.
