🔥Training Tuesday – Sarnafil🔥
Our team had the opportunity to enhance their expertise in PVC welding with a hands-on training led by Ryan Ponkivar, our Sarnafil technical representative. Ryan covered key applications, including field seams, inside and outside corners, patching, drain targeting, and pipe flashing.
Participants not only observed but actively practiced their welding skills, receiving direct feedback from Ryan on proper techniques and common mistakes. He provided real-world examples of both good and bad welds, helping our team understand how issues occur and how to prevent them. Additionally, he introduced a few new product solutions to improve efficiency, something we’re already following up on.
With both field employees and project managers participating, this session reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement. A big thank you to Ryan and Sarnafil for sharing their knowledge and helping us elevate our craft!
